新橋という街は、実に飲み屋が多い。
自分が触れるまでも無いが、やはりサラリーマンやOLさん達が、気軽に集える事から、飲み屋が増えたのでしょう。
もう飲み屋だらけと言っても過言では無いでしょう。
その店の多くは、席がぎゅうぎゅうで、賑わってる店が大半を占めるでしょう。
ニュー新橋ビルなどは、正にそんな店が犇めき合っている。
そういう雰囲気の店もいい。
が、時には落ち着いて杯を交わしたいときもある。
そんなシーンにピッタリな店が、三州屋である。
ニュー新橋ビルの西側に南北に延びる路があり、ニュー新橋ビルからその路を挟んだ向かいにあるのが三州屋だ。
1階と2階があり、共に広めのテーブル席が設置されている。
店側では「大衆割烹」と呼んで欲しい様で、暖簾にもその言葉が書かれている。
雰囲気は正に下町酒場。
自分が好きな雰囲気の店だ。
値段も品の割にはリーズナブルだと思う。
居酒屋よりは、少々お高めではあるが、魚介を中心とした料理の数々は、クオリティが高いと思う。
何より通し営業なので、昼飲みが出来るという点にも注目してもらいたい。

「わけぎ」とは、どうやらネギとタマネギの雑種らしいです。
