でももし外国人観光客がこの店にきたら味わってもらいたいのがこの楽しい空間と時間。
寿司は美味しいだけじゃなく楽しさを感じるものだと知って母国に戻ってもらいたい。
この店に来たら味以外も味わってもらえる店だと思います。
グルメで細かい味が分からなくたって対面で楽しませてくれる。
日本にこの店があることを誇りに思える店だと思いました。
