都内も急激に寒くなったので今宵は暖を取るべくザギンでしゃぶしゃぶを。暗めな店内が雰囲気抜群、広々した個室に通され、銀座の夜景を一望しながらゆっくり頂けます。
注文は人気No1、和牛赤身メインの霜降り190gコース8,690円。
まずは乾杯の生ビールから。
プレモル香るエール935円はおしゃれな陶器グラスで泡がきめ細かい。寒くても生ビールは最高です。
続いて温かいカボチャのすりながしで胃の準備は万端に。前菜の茄子の餡掛け、まいたけ天、銀杏をツマミにラインナップ豊富なイチローズモルトをいただく。秋の味覚満載です。
ここで、ずわい蟹甲羅焼きの登場。もう日本酒を飲まずにはいられません。コースはゆっくりめに出していただけて、酒飲みにはたまらないひと時。
お待ちかねのメインは赤身と霜降りリブロースの輝く肉皿!大分湯布院の炭酸水を沸かしてしゃぶしゃぶっと。レアで食べるのがおすすめとのことで、1〜2秒ササっと潜らせて頂きます。湯切り皿があり、このワンステップで格段に美味しい仕上がりに。締めが伊勢うどんなのもまた良い。
どれも美味しくてお酒が進む進む。
帰りに素敵なお箸をいただけて、雰囲気も接客も最後まで大満足でした。
