友人から銀座に良いお鮨屋さんがありますから一緒に行きましょうと誘われました、彼女から今まで数十ヶ所のお店を紹介されましたが、どれもが星4つ以上の処ばかり、今回も喜んで家内と一緒に伺いました。
Google Mapを見ながら伺いましたが、その場所に来てもお店が見つかりません、親切な方が私がお店を探しているのを見て寄ってきて下さいました、一㐂さんの名前を告げると、それはこのビルで間違いないことを教えて下さいました、看板は無く、細い入り口の奥のエレベーターまで行くと
一㐂さんの名前がありました、4階まで行ってお店に入りますとスッキリとした雰囲気の素敵なお店でした。
最初の一品目は 「枝豆豆腐 紫雲丹のせ」 でしたが、枝豆の風味満載の豆腐、上に紫雲丹が座っております、この一品から此方の良さが分かります。
此方では ”つまみ” と ”握り” が交互に出されましたが、これから頂きましたのは次の通りです。
「山形県産の鮪の中とろの握り」・・・・・今日の鮪は山形産でした。

此方の大将は目黒区で長らくお鮨屋さんをされていた方で、物腰が柔らかく、初めて伺ってもリラックスして頂けます、シャリは2種類をネタに合わせて使い分けてらっしゃいます、握りの温度も硬さも素晴らしく、流石、長らくお鮨屋さんをなさっていた老舗感がありました。
