今日は栃木県佐野市にて食べ歩きしてい
ましたが、河岸を変えて小山市に来まし
た。
小山駅周辺を歩いて満席で3軒断られた
のですがオリオン餃子さんに突撃成功!
その後、小山駅ビル1Fの炭旬さんに突撃
しました。
店内に入りカウンター席に案内されメニ
ューを見て、
お通し(鰯の生姜煮)350円+税
緑茶 290円+税
とり皮串 150円+税
ぼんじり串 150円+税
なんこつ串 150円+税
ねぎま串 180円+税
大山どりもも串 240円+税
しいたけ串 140円+税
計 1815円をオーダーしました。
待つ事約2分位で緑茶と、
約3分位でお通し(いわしの生姜煮)と
約20分位串焼きとご対面です。
私的に煮込み魚はチト苦手なのですが、
美味しく煮込んで有ります。
で、此方串焼きの味はすべてお任せした
のですが、塩とタレを分けてお皿にのせ
て持って来て下さいました。
当たり前の様で分けないお店って多いん
ですよね!
で、焼き方が素晴らしいんです。
炭火でじっくりと焼かれているのですが
何も完璧な焼き加減なんです。
私的に、とり皮の焼きが1番難しいと思
うのですが、凄く食感が良く美味しいん
です。
私は小学生の頃から椎茸が苦手だったの
ですが、しいたけ串はほっぺが落ちまし
た。
嘘です。
でも、椎茸の旨味が凝縮されていて噛む
と旨味が滲み出てくるんです。
口の中いっぱいに幸せが溢れました!
チロって!
大山どりの旨味も最高でした。
ただ残念なのが、おでんがほぼ売切れで
食べられ無かった事です。
