2017冬 3度めの台湾<第1日>
台南に初めてやってまいりました。
小吃食べ歩きで絶対はずせないのが、1895年創業の老舗 度小月本店の担仔麺(擔仔麵 ダンザイミェン)ですね。
夜7時前にお店に着いたら、入店待ちのお客さんが何組も!
店頭にいる店員さんに番号札をもらい、
写真と日本語入りのメニューを見ながら注文票に数を記入しながら、
待つこと30分で2階席にとおされました。
擔仔麵(ダンザイミェン)50元
擔仔米粉(ダンザイビーフン)50元
滷蛋(台湾風煮玉子)15元
黄金蝦捲(エビの包み揚げ)150元
古早味烤香腸(昔ながらの焼き台湾ソーセージ)120元
龍蝦卵河粉卷(伊勢海老の卵の生春巻き)150元
金牌啤酒(台湾ビール)60元×2
しめて655元(×3.92円≒2,570円)也。
蓋付きの小さな器でやってくる担仔麺にテンションが上がります。
エビのスープに肉そぼろとにんにくがのった麺。
するするとあっという間に食べちゃいました。
ビーフンはとても細いので、普通の麺のほうがよかったかも。
伊勢海老の卵の生春巻きはちょっと想像していたのと違ったけれど(^_^;)
それ以外は美味しくいただきました。
