既に3回お邪魔しました。
若き料理人三輪シェフは某有名料理人をはじめ色々な所で修行されており静岡市では【きぬむら】の料理長として活躍しておりました。
その頃彼のファンになり独立を心待ちしていたのです!
味はもちろんの事、素材の選び方、魅せる表現の仕方、ちょっとした遊び心なども持ち合わせておりオリジナリティ満載で目でも舌でも存分に楽しませてくれます♬
中でもレバーペースト、ローストビーフは外せません!
ゴマペーストをふんだんに使った鯛茶漬けも秀逸です。
時期になればウニトリュフご飯と言う垂涎の逸品も頂けます!
お酒は日本酒、wine、焼酎等どのニーズにも対応出来る種類はあると思います。
店内の雰囲気は木の風合いを生かし朱のお盆で差し色を入れ、料理に合わせた器を使い心地よい空間です。
カウンター8席、個室6席
ディナーは基本的に5000円からのコースですが色んな要望には応えてくれる様です。
貸切であればカウンター前にある鉄板でシェフのパフォーマンスも楽しめます!
ランチは基本予約制で2500円からだそうです。
