◎八寸に スジコとなます、花びら形の長芋梅煮、甘鯛味噌焼き、たらこの昆布巻き
コノシロの押し寿司、白魚のしんじょう、貝とこのわたの和え物
◎向付につぶ貝、鰆のたたき、サヨリの刺身
◎炊き合わせはアブラメ、里芋、筍、ふきと桜麩
◎焼き物は名物の岩魚で、鮎の上をいく高級魚です
◎鍋は和牛柳川風で、底にはささがきごぼうがタップリ入ってる
生卵が付いてたので、煮えた頃合に玉子を割って入れ、蓋をして蒸らしてポーチドエッグにした
半熟の黄身に肉を絡ませて・・・たまらんな~
◎揚げ物はタラの芽、エビ、新玉ねぎや稚鮎などを 梅こんぶ塩でさわやかにいただく
◎止め椀には フグの白子豆腐にウニわかめのあんかけ
◎小さな釜炊きのご飯は 蛍イカと筍蕗味噌の炊き込みご飯
◎蛤の吸い物には芽キャベツが入ってます 玉子素麺に桜しんじょうでおしゃれですね
◎デザートは豆乳クリームブリュレで抹茶葛餅には黒蜜をかけて

原価と手間を考えると現役調理師もビックリの価格だよ
そして朝食、右下あるのは昨夜のホタルイカと筍の釜飯のおにぎりなんだけど
高齢者2人が食べきれないけど大好物なので、それを言ったら作ってくれていた

朝から夕食のような豪華に並んだおかずで、湯豆腐まで付いてる
味噌汁が麦麹味噌で、福岡生まれの連れ達は大喜びだった
さすがに年寄りには多すぎたようだけど、朝は食欲2倍の自分がたいらげた(笑)
こんにゃくは永源寺特産品だそうで、刺身こんにゃくが超美味い!
4人1室とはいいながら、部屋の外には専用露天風呂の壷湯が24時間かけ流しで設置されてる
平日の特別プランなんだろうけど、ここかなりおすすめできます
うどんファンが 4年に1度くらいしかありつけないような豪華な食事でした(笑)
