大間マグロをきちんと生で提供しているとのお墨付きを頂いて、常連としても嬉しいです!
熟成マグロは日本で唯一、この方しかできないそうです。(数寄屋橋次郎、九兵衛などに卸しているマグロ)
(ここの大将は築地市場のマグロの大番頭でした! 毎日、仲卸に卸す頭なんだから、そりゃあ、こんなマグロや各地の旬ネタ持ってるのは反則技ですよねぇ!)

テレビ局の旨い店紹介は全て断っている頑固で気さくな大将です。(見た目は怖いかも 笑。) ←2014年にテレビ解禁してマグロ特番に出ました!
一度食べたら忘れられない味で、車で1時間かけても関東中から常連さんが来ています。銀座の料亭でもほとんどの店が勝てないでしょう。
築地から直接の仕入れでシャリも全国から取り寄せてブレンドしてます。
値段は問題外に安すぎます。ただし、ネタは全て一流品ばかりですよ。

昼はサービスランチあり
宴会などは、季節の旬の物で予算に合わせてしてくれます。
ただし、大将の心意気がたっぷり入るのでなるべく予算は高めがいいですよ!!
秋から冬にかけては、大間のマグロしか仕入れないぐらいこだわっていて、ランチにも出てます。
