いろんなお店に伺わせていただきますが、
こちらはカウンターの雰囲気がとてもよく、
お料理も変化に富み変化球がありながら正当な和食、
そういう不思議な満足感がありました。
最も印象的だったのは花ズッキーニのお料理。
花の中にたっぷりの車海老が詰められ、
洋の素材のズッキーニが和食として違和感なく、
海老の身の甘さとズッキーニの微かな苦味、
その取り合わせがとても美味しいです。
他のどのお料理も美味しかったのですが、
特筆すべきは店内の雰囲気。
六本木ヒルズのハイアット側に面したカウンターは、
全面開け放たれており、
そこから聞こえる水の音で京都の貴船を思い出します。
いやぁ、いい時間になりました。
