今宵は少し遅くなったが、妻の誕生日のお祝いで家族で食事会。義妹が予約してくれたのは中華料理のお店『老虎菜』さんです。
17時30分からと19時30分からとスタート時間が選べるようなので、17時30分からにしてもらう。自分たちが最初だったが、続々と来店し、すぐに満席となりました。
決まったコース料理はなく、メニューブックや黒板に掲示されているものをアラカルトで注文します。
オーダーしたのは
・口水鶏
・天使海老の揚げ蒜蒸し
・本日のお刺身サラダ(ハマチ)
・アスパラガスと貝柱炒め
・明石タコとニンニクの芽のマーライ醤炒め
・家鶏の瑰露酒風味のロースト
・老虎菜 特製餃子
・ずわい蟹のあんかけ炒飯
・蒸し鶏の土鍋煮込み湯麺
・白胡麻餡の白玉 ココナッツ汁粉
・栗クリームの揚げ胡麻団子
・キャラメルバナナとパルメザンチーズのエクレア
などなど。
どれも、これも、素晴らしく、大いに堪能しました。
きっと油や調味料なども厳選されたものを使用しているのではないかと感じさせ、炒め物でも、しつこくなくすっきりとした後口になるのでしょう。
デザートがまた素晴らしい。中華とは思えない洒落た盛り付けで提供されます。
4人で取り分けて頂きましたので、たくさんのお料理を食べられて良かったです。これで、一人当たり6000円以下で済むとは非常にお値打ちで、人気があるのが分かります。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
