富山の地酒 立山をヒヤで頂きます。
冷やした方が、甘みが出て美味しいですね。
にぎりはいつも 白身魚の昆布〆がスタートメニュー。
を、今宵は平目あるやん!
ほどよいサイズのお寿司。
早速 頂くと、昆布の甘い旨みが口中に広がります。
これが堪りません・・・♪
次は、まぐろ 中トロと赤身を一貫ずつ。
これまた旨い!
リーズナブルでおススメなのが、煮だこ。
下ごしらえを考えると、かなり高CPです。
鉄火巻もパリパリの海苔の食感が、心地いい。
店主 木越氏の気配りは素晴らしい。
いいタイミングで好きな寿司をにぎってもらえるのは、常連冥利に尽きるってもんです。
今宵も気分最高でした!
