漬酢のバランスが酸っぱさ甘さのバランスがgood 時期ならワカサギの南蛮漬けが良いな
青うなぎの割たてのきも 肝デカイって事は、うなぎもデカイのか? と考えながら一口。肝臭さがあまりなく、うなだれに包まれ、新鮮なプリプリ卵黄をつけ食べる一品。間違えなく酒の肴!
うな重は、うなぎは、あっさり系だがちゃんと脂がのっている。嫌な脂じゃない。好みでテーブルに置いてあるうなだれをかけて、がっつく!うなずける一品。
山椒も、こだわりか?鰻屋に置いてある山椒と違い、ピリッとくる!これぞ山椒じゃん・・
次回は、白焼き、からすみ、うるかの塩から、うなぎの塩からを是非日本酒にて味わいたい!
