下田産の金目、茨城産の蛤、明石産の蛸という拘りの素材、
そしてエキスが絶妙ですexclamation ×2
そして、ここで白ワイン
色がロゼのような色です。
しかも、味がブランデー直前のような素敵な香が致しました。

ナッツが絶妙のアクセントを引きだしてます。
