串揚げのメニューの記載が少し変わっていて、
産地の記載が増えていた。
今回一番美味しいと思ったのは、
海老のしそ巻きで、海老の食感と
しその風味の強さ良くて美味しかった。
今回は〆として、串揚げのメニューの中で
「黒毛和牛」が付くものを揚げてもらい、
ご飯の上に乗せて出してもらった。
後からうずらの玉子も乗せて食べた。
串揚げのたれ10種が余ってしまって
もったいないと思ったので、
豚ヒレと茄子と青森県産にんにくに
甘味噌をつけてご飯の上に乗せるなど、
客席側で作れる〆の丼を色々試してみたい。
今度は生野菜も追加したいと思う。)
