そして2023年の1年間で最も参考にされた口コミが
この店なんだとか。
と云う訳でちょうど1年ぶりの再訪。
初回には無かったコースが新設されていて、
4500円の名物鯖の棒鮨入り スタンダードコースで。
やはり最初の旬の豆皿6種盛りは気持ちが華やぐし、
刺身に蒸し、焼き、揚げ、汁ものと変化を付けつつも
徹底して魚介な構成は小気味いい。
そしてやっぱりのハイライトは
肉厚な身に脂乗り乗りの炭炙り鯖棒鮨!
