久しぶりの訪問です♪
内容はお写真参照♪
どのお料理も美味しくいただきました。
人柄がお料理にでていらっしゃると言っても過言ではありません。
【2014,12月】
友人達とお食事会。。。どちらのお店がいいかしら?な友人からの問い合わせに
チャンス到来♪とばかりに諸手を挙げて喜んだのはわたくし。
実はFBのお友達がこちらのお店のお料理のお写真をアップしてらして一度伺ってみたいと思っていました(笑
場所は青山の紀伊国屋の入っているビルの裏手の方になります。
そういえばこの辺り・・・洋食のお店はあるものの日本食のお店って珍しい。。。
店内は個室が2個と後はカウンターでしょうか?カウンターは7席で
店主さんと女将さん。そしてお弟子さん達で切り盛りされているようです。
どのお料理もすばらしかったんですが特に印象に残ったものは
茶碗蒸しや椀でしょう。
とてもよくお出汁が出ていておいしくいただきました。
特に茶碗蒸しはセコ蟹が入っているのもあり濃厚。これを頂いただけでこちらのお店の実力が
感じられるお料理でした。
そしてお造りはアオリ烏賊と平目。アオリ烏賊おいしいですね。しかもお醤油の他、鰹の酒盗に付けて
いただくとこういった食べ方も素敵です♪

〆のご飯ですが最近は土鍋ごはんブーム?
でも店主さん白いご飯大好きなんだそうであえて白いご飯にされたんだそうです。
炊きたての白いご飯を焼きたての鮭のハラスや自家製の海老の頭を使ったふりかけで
美味しくいただきました♪
最後の甘味にいたっては定番の葛餅を筆頭に3種類もいただけてお仲間も感動♪
特に安納芋のスィートポテトは熱々でおいしいですね。
この日は初めての訪問で常連さんでもないというのにいろいろと暖かなお心遣いをいただいて
ほっこりした気持ちで楽しく過ごさせていただきました。本当にありがとうございました。
