息子の誕生日のお祝いランチに家族3人で
3年ぶり2度目の訪問でした。
郡山市から棚倉町まで車で約1時間。
棚倉町は福島県の真ん中かなり長閑な町です。
小判寿司さん
食べログ寿司部門の福島県 1 位そして百名店です。
ひと月前に予約しましたので
カウンターで食べれてたのは嬉しい。
予約時に女将さんに電話でランチコースの種類を
お聞きしましたらコースは無いとのことで以下の
メニューを言われました。
・7貫3500円税別
・10貫で6500円税別
・12貫で7500円税別 この3種のみのと事でした。
食べログに記載のメニューとも違います…

ネタの仕入れに拘り一つ一つの完成度が高い
丁寧な仕事の江戸前寿司です。
口の中でほどけるシャリで
ネタとの一体感が素晴らしいです( ´∀`)b
貝の香りと甘みの炙りホッキと
口のなかで、ふわりとそして解ける穴子が
特に美味しかったです。
予約時に素材内容につい聞かれました、
その事が反映されて無かった、こともあり
前回の様に気分良く
食べれなかったのは残念です。
お寿司美味しかったのですが点数下げました。
