ここは"しょっつる鍋"や"きりたんぽ鍋"が頂けるダイニング「遊食さい賀」さん。
ママさん ? がとてもきれいな秋田美人で接客はまさに神の対応。
今日はきりたんぽのコースを頂きました。ちなみに2階は同じ系列で予約制の高級割烹料理店の「割烹かめ清」さん。
お昼にお邪魔しましたが、夜のカウンターがお勧めです。
ライトアップされた柳が風にゆれ旭川の流れを眺めながら、美味しい料理とお酒が楽しめます。うぅぅ~たまらない。
きりたんぽ鍋のコースの内容です。
●旬菜4点盛り カスベ、えご、おがのもずく、他1点。カスベが美味、えごは海藻で作ったコンニャクのよう。
●旬の魚のお造り 本日はヒラメ。お上品で口の中でとろけるような。
●焼き物 比内地鶏の塩焼き。モモとムネ肉でレモンかワサビで頂きます。
●旬の揚物 八郎潟のワカサギの天ぷら。自家製の塩"海老" "桜"をパラパラとかけて。
●旬の酢の物 本日は、じゅんさい。しょうが味でツルンとした食感。
●蒸し物 今月はトウモロコシの茶碗蒸し。
●きりたんぽ鍋 見た目はチクワ、食べるとご飯で出来てると実感できます。五平餅の焼く前のような。
●香物 自家製の時のモノ3点。いぶりがっこがほんのり香ばしくおいしい。
●水菓子 自家製の白桃白ワインゼリー。セルフィーユの葉付き。
それぞれが手の込んだ料理で、見た目、匂いや舌ざわりを確かめながら美味しくいただきました。
そして、秋田美人さんの接客に大満足の良店です。
