〜小倉出張味巡り〜
仕事で北九州を担当していた時に3回程使わせて貰ったこちらへ、ン年振りに予約して同僚と突撃!ピンクな歓楽街の一角に立地している、リーズナブルで旨いと地元で人気の寿司屋だ。
平日夕刻予約時間ピッタリに来店、既に先客でほぼ満席のカウンター、予約席に座りまずはビールから喉を潤しながらおまかせをお願いする。
【つまみ】
・いかそうめん
事前に予約していたここの逸品。イカの切り身に生卵や納豆、魚卵、ネギ、赤たでをグルグルかき混ぜいただく。これが旨い!最後に少し残して酢飯を投入してもらうとこれまた美味!
・刺身
おまかせで本日は‥太刀魚、タイラギ貝、スズキ、鯛の昆布締め、鰹のタタキ、ツブ貝の6種類が並ぶ。切り身はどれも大きくて新鮮で良いですなぁ〜。
・カマスの炙り
夏のカマス。身のしっかりとした炙りで、酒のアテに合うね。
・貝の尻尾&魚の内臓のポン酢和え
酒好きには堪らない珍味系。もみじおろしとポン酢でサッパリとした味わいが良いね〜。

最後にキノコのお吸い物を頂きフィニッシュ!飲み物はビールひとり2杯と日本酒小瓶3本でお会計はひとり7000円!散々食べてこのクオリティ・ボリュームで考えると割安であ〜る!
気さくな大将や女将さん、そして歴史が古いだけあって常連さんも多く、その温かい雰囲気が良い大衆寿司屋。日本酒の品揃えがもっとあればいいな〜と思うのと、嫌煙家として全席喫煙可なのが難点だけどね‥
