三重出張の目玉、今週のビックリドッキリメカ級の訪問だぁッ!以前からその名は耳にしていたので、いつかは行きたいと願っていた明治創業の伝説的すき焼き店に、遂に、遂に足を踏み入れたッ!
会社同僚と、勿論予約を入れて定刻に入店。古き良き時代の薫陶を受け継ぎ、凜としたその店構えを前にして興奮しない訳がない。二重否定は強い肯定なのだ。
3階の個室に通され、炭火が設置された円卓に座り、一期一会の精神を発揮しまくり調子に乗って頼みまくりで、最高のすき焼きコースと網焼き、牛ひつまぶしを心ゆくまで堪能し、一年分の贅沢をしてしまった。お会計は鼻血が出るくらいだったが、もう思い残す事はないィッッ!
たったひとつの貴重な経験は百の言葉よりも優る。一流を知る事は人生をより豊かにしてくれる事だろう。益々精進しなくては、と思った夜。
