何度も訪問して気に入っているこちら、横浜に寄った際に訪問しました。
数千円のコースだったと記憶していますが、コース名は失念してしまいました。
やはり以前と変わらずの美味しさでした。厨房には香港で修行された方もおられ、くせのない広東料理と言っていいのではないでしょうか。高価な食材を使わなくてもきっちりとホテルの中華レストランの味に仕上げてくださるのはさすがです。やはり横浜界隈ではダントツに好きなレストランです。
以下は、いただいた料理と簡単な印象です。
・焼き物と冷菜盛り合わせ
・干し貝柱と衣笠茸入りスープ
素直な味ですっと体の中に入っていきます。
・ズワイ蟹の葱生姜の土鍋炒め
蟹が溶け出しているのか汁がとても美味しいのです。
・国産季節青菜の塩味炒め
いいあんばいの塩味、爽やかさがいいのです。
・旬魚の強火蒸し、香り醤油かけ
スズキですが独特のくせのある匂いを感じさせず、身も程よくプリプリで、淡い醤油味もよいです。
・福建式あんかけチャーハン
何の味かわからないけど素直に美味しく感じます。
