値段は変わってないのに何と素晴らしいサービス✨
焼き場の目の前で「美味い!!」を連発したからかな
一番最初の串もも肉を食べて店のレベルが分かる
3種類の地鶏を串刺ししているが食感を考えた順序
中火のよく焼き・しっかり火が通っている
数種類の地鶏に合わせた塩・醤油・麹がベストマッチ
これは久しぶりに良いお店に巡り会えた~(≧∇≦*)
飲み放題を希望すれば+2,000円でも可
そもそもコース4,000円でこの内容は良心的過ぎる
たまたま空いててお店に入られたけど
後から入店された方はことごとく断られてました
絶対に予約が必要かと思います
他店とは違う創作系が味わえるだけでなく
定番の串ものも引けを取らない串打ち・焼きの技
