◇じゅんさいの椀
◇八寸(子持鮎なれ鮓、川海老、岩魚の押し寿司、本諸子の南蛮漬、山菜のおひたし等)
我慢出来ず日本酒をお願いします。
◇鯉のあらい、鮎のお造り
こんなに美味しい鯉は初めて(*´-`)
全く泥臭くなく脂ものってます。もちろん鮎も美味しい♪
◇鮎の塩焼き、岩魚のうるか
わぁ~夢にまで見た鮎。「お一人様3尾です」と言われ、頭の先から尾までペロリと♪内臓の苦味まで美味しい♪
うるかは日本酒にスイッチが入ります。
◇花山椒と熊の椀
えーまさか熊が頂けると思ってなかったんで…思わず歓声をあげてしまいました。花山椒もたっぷり♪
ああ~冬の熊料理食べに来たい!

鮎、鯉、熊だけでなく、鰻も美味しくて( ´∀`)
◇冷菜(夏鹿、丸茄子、白芋茎、岩茸、うすい豆)
ここに来る車中の中から河原で遊ぶ鹿の親子を見かけたもんで、思わず「あの鹿ちゃん?」って言いながら…しっかり頂きました(/--)
◇鮎飯
出来上がったご飯を見せて頂くと、えー鮎がいる~( ゚∀゚)
さっき「お一人様3尾です」って言われたから終わりと思ってたんで本当に感激しましたよ~( ´∀`)
鮎の香り良く、お焦げも美味しい♪

これがまたコクがあって美味しい♪

その後、地酒中心に色々…
お料理も接客も大変満足行くものでしたが、やはり京都から約一時間かけて、三千院の青紅葉を見たり、河原で遊ぶ鹿の親子を見たり、鯖街道を通ったりしながら、京都とは気温差マイナス5度の山奥に向かう…
その道中が都会と切り離してくれたことも大きな感動を味わえた要因だと思います。
機会があれば冬の熊料理を頂いてみたいものです(^-^)
