こちらのお店も大好きなところです。
しかし、投稿が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
渋谷へ赴くと自然と足が向いてしまう鰻店が
渋谷 松川 本店です。
いつも独りなので案内される場所は1階。
狭いんですけど、結構落着く居心地のよい
空間なんです。
それは、和装の店員さんの丁寧な接客のお蔭
なのでしょうか。これ、結構大切なシチュエーションです。
この日も海外からのお客様と思われる方々がお見えに
なっていました。
この日、メニューを見て思いつきで戴きたかったのが
白子の天ぷら。中はとろとろ、衣はサクサク。
美味しかったです。作り方はかなり難しいでしょう。
勉強になりました。他のお店でも食べてみたくなりました。
次に白焼、ふっくら蒸された後に身を締める具合のよい
焼き加減がいつもの通りでした。美味いです。
淡白なメニューと戴いたあとに、鰻重のセット。
白子と白焼の後に戴く、意外とあっさりしたたれ加減の
鰻重にどっぷり身体ごと浸かる。
醤油たれの甘辛さのあとに、餡子の完璧な甘さを味わう。
この味覚、食感のメリハリと、ハーモニーは松川さん
ならではの演出だと、いつも思います。
今年も夏の季節までにはまた伺います。
