いやぁ今日もお通しが凝ってますねぇ✨若筍煮、牡蠣のうま煮、冷製茶碗蒸し、海老のお寿司、うどの酢味噌、他1品の計6品。
はもの梅肉ソースは夏に差し掛かるこの時期にぴったりの一品。プリっプリのはもに梅肉ソースがとてもよく絡みます。
生ハムとサラダのピザ&ミックスピザは素朴に見えますが、写真より実物の方が大きくてボリュームが有ります。和食店にピザと言う遊び心が憎いですね✨

いかげそは揚げ加減が絶妙で、ふわっふわの衣の中に、鮮度抜群のいかげそが覆われています。
こんな郊外の場所にも関わらず、ド平日のこの日も満席だった『たどおし』さん。店内は活気に満ちてました。

【平成28年1月25日(月)】
再訪
お通しが楽しみで今日もたどおしさんを訪問です。寡黙な大将と若い店員さんが忙しそうに働いてます。
そのお通しです。タコのマリネ、白身魚の酢の物、ホタルイカ、チーズ、もずく酢等の7種類。どれも皆しっかりした味付けで本当に美味しい。
そして今日も刺身盛合せと、前回食べて忘れられない揚げだし豆腐をオーダー。あ~このあんは絶妙です。
鯵のなめろうも活きがよくてgood。
そして、ほたてとほんれん草のグラタン。シンプルな味わいで牛乳の風味が出ていて旨い!
こんな…とは言いませんが、どちらかと言うと郊外と言えるこの場所に、このような名店があったことに驚きを隠せません。
あっ、あと写真はありませんが、隣に座ったお客さんからいただいたピザがすごく美味しかったです!和食店でこれだけレベルの高いピザはなかなか食べられません…。
モグモグたいむ様、いいお店教えていただき、本当にありがとうございました!

再訪
また、たどおしさんのお通し食べたい!と衝動にかられて再訪です。そう言いながらお通しの写真がなくてすみません…。
刺身の盛合せは前回同様沢山の種類を、少しずつ盛ってくれます。寒鰤と生タコが美味しかったです。
揚げだし豆腐。この揚げ出しはオススメですよぉ。あんにキノコのだしがふんだんに利いていて、とにかく美味です。
かわはぎの刺身。河豚刺しの如く綺麗に盛り付けられたかわはぎを肝に和えて食べます。
最後は寄せ鍋。旬の寒鰤やブラックタイガーに大振りの椎茸、練り製品、野菜が入ります。これまた自家製の鍋スープが美味です。
【平成27年12月26日(土)】
噂のたどおしさんに初訪問。ワクワクしてきました。
出てきたお通しを見て感動!カマンベールチーズの生ハム巻きや白身魚の酢の物、はんぺん、チーズ、きんぴらごぼう等、7品目。そのどれもしっかりした味でした。
お通しだけ食べに来ても価値があります。
刺身の盛合せはも色々な種類のものが少しずつ入ります。寒ブリは脂がのっていて、シメサバの〆加減も最高です。
米茄子のチーズ焼き正油あんは、おすすめの逸品。甘いだけでなくしっかりだしの利いたあんが食欲をそそります。そして茄子とチーズの相性もいい。
〆は焼き空豆。皮付きのまま焼くことで、空豆に水分を残し、焼き上がりはほっくほく。うん、旨い!
