2017.7.28 再来店
大分市消防署のすぐ近くにある。
平日の18時頃来店。個室もあるが、いつも通り、焼き場が見えるカウンター席に着席。
今回も、ボリューム感がある「ひつまぶし」2570円を注文。
15分ほどで、ひつまぶし登場。
そのまま一口。
若大将の焼きレベルが、3年前と比べ格段に上がっている。
実に丁度よい焼き加減で、うなぎ本来の素材が活きている。また、江戸風のあっさりした焼きタレが、相乗効果を生んでいる。
締めの鰻茶漬けは絶品ね。あっという間に、完食。
大分にいながら、江戸風の素材を活かした鰻料理が食べたい人に、おすすめ。
