今日は、一度来店したかった座屋へ。
1階のカウンター席と2階は料理のコースが違うとの事。 やっと、一階カウンター席を予約できました。
6000円・8000円・10000円・12000円のコースがあり、10000円のコースを頼みました。
先附から始まり、最初は生ビールで頂きました。
丁寧に、一品一品料理の名前・素材・食べ方を教えてくれます。 が!、全部覚えられません・・・

お造り 鰹のタタキ・金目鯛・イカ 一つの器に鰹のタタキがあり、上皿を取ると金目鯛・イカがあります。
鰹のタタキは山葵を付けて塩で頂きます。 初めての食べ方です。 旨い!!
蒸し物 香箱ガニ 卵のプチプチ感たまりません。 味噌も濃厚!!
炙り 高知黒毛和牛ヒレ肉の炭火焼 ウニと山葵が乗っかっています。 さっぱりっとした味わいです。
ご飯 90歳のおばあさんが作っているお米だそうです。 食べ方4種類あります。 ネタバレしてるかww 旨すぎます!!!
最初はそのまま頂き、卵かけご飯・塩をかけて・おこげを頂きます。
卵かけご飯は、卵の溶き方から混ぜるまで一緒にやってくれます。 旨すぎます!!!
デザート 高知産、山北みかんのジェラートです。
僕のは普通の器で出て来ましたが、妻のはサプライズでした。
食事中の会話でしか、ちらほらしか言ってないのに誕生日のサプライズ!! 妻は泣きそうです。 僕も泣きそう・・・
