阪急西宮北口駅に近いお寿司屋さん
「汐」に再訪しました。

前に来た時と違う席で、今回は大将の手元が良く見えて、
なるほど、剣先イカのにぎりは、そうして作るのか・・など、
出来上がる過程を拝見しながら、
お寿司をいただきました。
手でつまんでいただくにぎりで、
それぞれ おいしいですが、
やはり、とろける中トロが一番好きです。
いくらのプチプチとした歯ごたえ、
うにも、お味が良かった。
胡桃豆腐は、作り方を教えてもらいたいなぁ。
カウンターは、3グループで満席。
思い思いにおしゃべりしながら、ゆっくり
大将のお寿司を楽しんでるようでした。
