12月中旬の松山旅行、Pocket Conciergeで予約を
入れた「鮨いの」が2日目の夕飯だ。
ホテルから市電に乗って散歩がてら店を訪問。
予約を入れたコースは「つまみとお鮨のおまかせ
コース 16,500 円」
先ずはビールで乾杯。初めのつまみは「今治の渡蟹と
根室の馬糞雲丹」雲丹の濃厚さに、蟹が負けていない。
最初からガッンとストレートな旨味。渡蟹美味いな!
煮ダコや炭焼銀杏、赤貝のぬたと言った普通につまみ
にもそつがない。いい味だ~
カワハギ肝ソースが不味いわけがない。白子の摺流し
とイクラ乗せご飯で尿酸値+2.0 UP!
太刀魚味噌漬けは写真の撮り忘れ、握りは地産の
サヨリ、奥地鯵が美味しい。
軽く熟成させた真イカはねっとり甘い。熟成させて
大間の鮪が不味い訳がない。毎日食べたい!!!
〆て2日目の八戸のしめ鯖も良い塩梅。車海老も新鮮
甘い、旨い。
わら焼の鰆は炭の香りと藁の匂いで良い感じ。
つまみも握りも大将の真面目に寿司に取り組む姿勢
が良くわかる。
瀬戸内海の地産の魚介類をベースに卓越した江戸前の
技術で寿司を操る。
一見の客にも楽しく話かけ、ホスピタリティも最高。
本当に美味しい、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来た。
また、松山に来たら絶対に来よう!

一人分だな(笑)
ちなみに、嫁が帰り間際にデザートで食べた
「紅まどんな」美味しかったから空港で土産に
買って帰ると話したら、生産者から直接買い付けてる
からと3つの「紅まどんな」を袋に入れて持たせて
くれた。
申し訳ないです。ありがとうございました。東京に
戻り、美味しく頂きました!
