今回の九州 宮崎旅行は一心鮨 光洋さんの鮨を食べる
ことが第1の目的である。天気は生憎の雨だが、予約の
ランチ 12:00 に合わせて宮崎駅からタクシーで店に向かう。
先ずは、ビールで喉を潤し、至福の時間がスタートした。
最高の素材と料理人の確かな腕、最高のお・も・て・な・しで
この上ないホスピタリティである。
頂いた料理、鮨は以下の通り。個別の説明や評価は必要ない
だろう。ただただ、完成された料理の流れ、組み合わせだ。
勿論、最高に美味しい寿司だ。宮崎No.1も頷ける!!!

支配人 兼 寿司職人の空久保氏と記念撮影を行い、
また来年、この寿司を食べるために東京から飛行機に
乗って宮崎へ来ることを約束して店を後にする。
お会計は二人で 59,508円。
この味、サービスであれば納得の価格。むしろ安い。
元親方・木宮一洋氏が福岡にオープンした『鮨料理 一高』
にも今度、行ってみよう!
