浜松の繁華街に佇む懐石いっ木。
店主の一木俊哉さんは、京都の菊乃井で修業された後、此方のお店を開業された。
コロナ禍で食べ歩きの遠征も控え、出張も最小限に留めざるを得ない状況であったが、半年ぶりに浜松への出張の機会にめぐり逢い、此方を予約した。
紫蘇ジュースの後、一杯だけ店主のオススメ「臥龍梅」をいただく。清水で醸造された口当りの良い日本酒。
先付けの後に出て来たのは、松茸と鱧の土瓶蒸。
松茸と鱧の絶妙な旨味にうっとり♪
八寸は、自家製の唐墨や海老味噌、ミニトマトなどの地場野菜が何種類も。
造りは御前崎の金目鯛にイサキ。
店主が丁寧に擦り下ろしてくれた山葵の香り、表面を炙ったイサキの香りに惚れ惚れ♪
浜名湖のワタリ蟹の身と豆腐も絶妙な旨味をゆっくり楽しめた。
杉の木で挟んでスモークした魚(ど忘れ)も香りと味わいが面白い。

とにかく食材の種類が半端ない!
そして〆の雑炊は、渋皮ごと素揚げした掛川産の栗、浜松の北にある家族経営の牧場で育った牛の肩ロースが入り。
その後の甘味も、素敵な装いで提供され、店主の故郷森町の和紅茶・・・Villa Del Solをつい懐かしく想い起こし、お代わりw
店主は、料理や食材についてしっかりと説明してくれ、食材や料理の数も半端じゃなかったので、2時間半がアッという間だった。
〆て16940円也。
訪問前は、懐石料理では腹が満たされないだろうからハシゴしようと思い近くの店をBMしておいたが、終わってみれば、とても満足度の高い料理だったので、下手なものは食べずに大人しくホテルへ帰ることにした。
何、食べずにHなお店に行くんじゃないかって?
