ラーメン超不毛の地相鉄線三ツ境に8月18日オープンの新店。
看板(既食)メニューは所謂家系ラーメンだが、
家系と並びニ大看板メニューである煮干豚骨、
更には湘南のプチご当地牛乳ラーメンが存在する。
さて家系に関しては今風的な一杯で可もなく不可もなくといった一杯で
ラヲタ的にはオモロくないが、一般人からすると無難に美味しく食べられる一杯。
一方ニボトンばオモロイ。
(有料だが)煮干増しが選択でき「激ニボ」、「鬼ニボ」、「セメント」と
ニボ度をレベルアップ出来る。
ラヲタ的には中途半端は許せないわけのため、煮干増し券を3枚購入しセメントを圧倒的に選択。
流石に追加食券三枚を購入しただけあり、ドロンドロンニボトンスープで、
ネーミング負けしていない圧倒的インパクト状態である(笑)
〈総括〉
三ツ境は昔からラーメン盛り上がり感が弱いエリアだけに
是非とも三ツ境ラーメン界を少しでも盛り上げて頂きたい。
