あの町田の塩キングがハマにやってきた。
しかも中山店限定の「伊吹煮干塩」なるものが存在し「ただの支店だからいいか」
とスルー出来ない状態をしっかり出してきているのが流石だ(笑)
さて既食の「しおらーめん」は、
ちょい塩ダレ弱めだが「うわ~~~このスープなんかすんげえ」
というオーラ感をしっかり与えてくる。
麺に関しては滑らか系の細麺だが、よく淡麗系で見かける超滑らか型ではないので、
なんとなく超滑らか型と比較してしまうと物足りない。
一方、伊吹煮干塩に関しては「これでもかっ!」というくらい煮干しテイストが押し寄せ、
野球でいう腕振りまくっているスープと言えよう。
麺に関しては「しおらーめん」の麺とは異なり、少し太めの縮れたものだが、
ただ如何せんスープとの絡みはバラバラという印象(汗)
【総括】
やはりここ10年で様々な淡麗系が出てきた背景があるためか、
以前本店のオープン時で食した時のような強烈な感動こそ正直なところ存在しなかったが、
横浜ラーメン偏差値を上げてくれる店が出来たことは確かであった。
