平日ランチタイムに訪問。訪問時の食べログ点数は4.05。
2週間前ぐらい予約をいれて昼12時にお伺いした。入店してすぐにふんわりと優しい赤酢の香りが漂う。カウンターには10席、奥に座敷がありました。
前者に着席してとりあえずビールを注文。
この日は5000円のコースを予約していた。

赤酢を使ったユニークなシャリで酸味が弱く芳醇な香りと旨み、そしてコクがあります。握りはすべてこのシャリの為に賛否は分かれそう。
ノドグロの炭焼きは焼鳥風になっている。脂がのっていでふわふわの食感。
富山の郷土料理のかぶせ汁は魚の骨と水を煮込んだシンプルなお椀で旨味が凝縮されている。
握りよりもつまみが美味かったかなー。
大将は愛想もよく感じも良かった。
