と思ってる常連さんはきっと多いはず。
砥部町にある、いつもお客さんで賑わってる人気の居酒屋「和酔食菜 ken」は、
知る人ぞ知る、中華そばの旨い店。
和酔食菜 ken
と言っても、あまりにも夜の居酒屋営業が忙しすぎたため、お昼の中華そばの営業を
しばらく中止しておりました。
私も含めて、お客さんたちの昼の中華そば営業を懇願してたようで、やっと念願が叶い、
9月下旬より昼の営業に至った訳です。
中華そばオンリーの潔さ。
昼の営業時間関係なく、麺やスープがなくなると終了。
ま、終了すると暖簾が下がりますけどね。
中華そば 550円
麺は細麺ストレート。予想以上に麺の量がありますので、私は普通盛で充分。
スープは秀逸!
少し甘めでイリコ系の魚介の香りがほのかに鼻腔を揺さぶります。
とは言え、最近流行りの濃厚魚介系スープではなく、私たち世代の心躍る昔懐かしい
中華そばのスープ。
高血圧防止にスープは全部飲まないようにしてますが、このスープは別。
サイドメニューは、おにぎり150円(2個)
とにかく、お昼の営業再開を嬉しく思うのであります。
大将曰く「いつまで続くかわからんで~」と笑いながらおっしゃってましたが、
ずっと続くことを願わずにはいられません。
