ずっとBMしたままで伺えなかったシュマンドールさんへやっと伺えました。
3月末の私の誕生日と食べログのレビュー300件目のタイミングが丁度合ったので
ここぞとばかり相方を口説き落としてランチに訪問です。
出来ればディナーに伺いたかったのですが、我が家のワンコを夜に3時間もほったらかしにしたら
家の中が破壊されそうで、かなりの危険性を伴うのでランチで我慢ですゎ。(爆)
シュマンドールさんは今は完全予約制なので約2週間前に予約を入れましたが
電話の対応からしてすでに気持ちの良い対応ですよ。さすが評判の良いお店ですね。
ドレスコードは有りませんが、普段はラフな格好でランチに出かけますが、
さすがにこの日はちょっと他のお客さんに迷惑を掛けない程度の格好で。(苦笑)
お店到着は開店10分前に、続々と予約のお客さんが到着してますよ。
初めて伺う店内はマイレビさんの写真を見ておおよその雰囲気は予想していましたが
カウンター越しのオープンキッチンの壁に綺麗に磨き上げられたお鍋や調理器具が
いやが上にも期待を膨らませてくれます。
ランチのメニューはA 3500円(税別)とB 5500円(税別)の2コースのみ。
A,Bの違いは魚料理が多いだけなのか、ポーションが違うのか判りませんが懐具合、お腹と
相談してAコースを選択です。(苦笑)
今月のAコースのメニューは
1 ウニのフラン、ワサビ風味のクリームソース添え
2 パテ・ド・カンパーニュ、プルーンの赤ワイン煮添え
3 紅鮭のスモークと蕪のマリネ、ルビーグレープフルーツと共に
4 つぶ貝とマッシュルームのブルゴーニュ風
5 上州麦豚の白ワイン煮、信州鞍掛豆添え
6 小海老のクロケット、タルタルソース添え
7 カボチャのニョッキとアスパラガス、パルミジャーノ風味

メインは私は特選和牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮(+1700円)を
相方は和牛もも肉のハンバーグ仕立てを選択です。
ドリンクはワインを飲みたいところですが、ぐっと我慢してペリエで。
滅多にフレンチのコースなど食べない私が一品一品のレビューを書いても
表現力も乏しく美味しさが伝わりそうもないので止めておきますゎ。(苦笑)
料理の写真を見て頂ければ美味しさは伝わるのではと思いますので。
全ての料理のクオリティは素晴しく、手をかけ、丁寧に調理された美味しい料理です。
感じたことは素材を生かしてソースが出しゃばらないやさしい味付けの料理かと。
それでいて印象深い美味しいソースでしたよ。
あっという間の2時間の大満足の誕生日のランチになりましたゎ。m(;∇;)m うますぎるっ!
オープンキッチンなので、毎日お客さんの前で料理をしている鈴木シェフの
仕事姿、笑顔が素敵ですね。とても78歳になられたとは思えない手際の良さで
淀みなく料理が出来上がっていくのは遠目で見ていても楽しくなりますね。(*゚▽゚ノノ゙☆パチパチ
次回は何時になるか判りませんがぜひカウンターで見事な手さばきを拝見しながら
豪華にディナーを頂きたいですね。o(^o^)o ワクワク
別途、サービス料10%がかかりますが、それに見合うサービススタッフの
対応も満足すべきものでしたよ。
さすがに鈴木シェフも高齢になって来たので昨年の11月から
周2回の定休日にされたそうですが
ぜひお元気で何時までも美味しい料理を食べさせて頂けますように。
