大正13年創業。
朝5時半~午後2時まで営業。
築地にあります。
麩の饅頭が美味しいと聞き、
5個入りを買って、
父母にお土産と思ったのですが、
ひとりで食べちゃいました(*'▽')
あまりの美味しさに(*'▽')
父母の為にまた買わなくては(*'▽')
麩の饅頭は、
かしわ餅の餅がもっとやわやわで、
あんこが薄く軽い感じ。
なので、5個食べられてしまったのです!
こちらは、生湯葉、生麩で94年の老舗。
生麩・湯葉は最上のもち粉・小麦・大豆
などを原料として製造された栄養豊富な食品。
その淡白な風味と調理の容易さにより、
日本・中華・精進料理材料として
古来より珍重されているのだそうです。
室町時代初期に明から渡来した禅僧によって
製法が伝来したとされ、
タンパク質が不足しがちな当時の精進料理を
豆腐と共に蛋白源の一翼を担う食材なのだそうです。
という事で、実家へのお土産に、
生麩と湯葉を購入。
母に渡すと、
母「どうやって使うの?」
私「切って使うの」
母「切るくらいはわかる」
母が家で生麩・湯葉の調理するのを見た事がない。
お鍋に入れてくれたけれど、
湯葉は広げるんじゃないのかな(*'▽')
生麩はもっと小さくて良かったのかな(*'▽')
生麩ってモチモチして美味しい♪
父も母も初体験の生麩・湯葉でした(*'▽')
是非、麩の饅頭を食べさせてあげるからね♪
