ミシュランガイド東京2018で1つ星獲得。
大将が病気療養中との事で、
二番手の仲野さんがメイン。
えーっ、噂の大将お休みなのーっと思いましたが、
仲野さんのキャラが良かったのです♪
メイン任されて生き生きしていました♪
ネタ、味は格別で、つくづく、
お寿司って奥が深いなと思いました。
オープンは2015年の2月。
渋谷という土地にはなかなか
お寿司は難しい土地だったそう。
ましてや高級鮨は。
店主は黒崎一希氏。
浅草と世田谷の地で10年以上の修行を積み、
「35歳までに自身の店を開く」
という夢を叶えるべくオープン。
つまみと握りが交互に出てくるスタイル。
交互に出てくるのいいですね♪
メニューは全ておまかせコース一本のみ。
日本酒が豊富。
大将不在で、二番手さんがイキイキ(?)
一生懸命にやってくれました。
二番手さんにまた会いたいです。
そう思わせてくれるインパクトを残しました!
