毎週、通いたいとの食通の方がいらっしゃるお店。
今年の猛暑は過酷・・・
薪焼、鍋、グリルで室温が凄い事に。
スタッフの皆さん、汗だくで頑張っていらっしゃいます。
オーナーさんは常に薪焼の前に。
パスタなどを作って下さった二番手さん(?)
お人柄の良い感じでとても素敵でした。
仕込み、営業、調理、片付け、ランチ、ディナー、
本当に頭が下がります。
また、二番手さんの前に座りたい。
癒されます。
店内は暑かったけど、
カウンター内はもっと暑いのだと、
スタッフの皆さんが頑張っていて、
美味しいお料理を提供して下さるのに、
暑いと言ってはいけないのだ。
