先日チョー久々に二人で夜外ご飯。
友達のご両親のお店に串揚げを食べに!むふ!!
烏丸錦をすこーし西に入った路地にある「串たなか」へ。
上京区今出川で長く営業されていたのを、2006年にこちらに移転。
今出川へは一度食べに行ったことがあるけど、移転してからは初めて。
うわーもう何年前だろ。
1Fはコの字型のカウンター席。2Fは座敷です。私達は1Fカウンターで。
突き出しはトマトのマリネ(さっぱり)
皿には左から塩、ポン酢、マヨネーズ、ソース。
さぁ、いよいよ!!
メニューは「串揚げ 一方通行」という名のコース一種のみ。
20種類の串揚げが次から次へと。画像で一気にどーぞ〜
左手前から、餅、牛肉、鱧(大葉巻)、長ネギ+豚、生麩、マッシュルーム
アスパラ、豆腐(田楽味噌?)、貝柱
里芋(柚子味噌)、パン(ガーリックバター?)、豚バラ(ポン酢)
トマト、鯵、うずら(半熟!)
コーン、海老、まいたけ(ベーコン巻)
チーズ(ブルーベリージャム)、りんご
あああ〜〜どれも美味しい〜〜〜(‾∀‾*)
早すぎることも遅すぎることもなく、絶妙のタイミングで出てきます。
20種類って、けっこうありますよ!
私達はさらにお茶漬けを頂く。
ぶぶあられ、鮭そぼろ、ちりめん山椒の三種がたっぷり添えられていて
ご飯はおかわりできます。
私はも〜うおなかいっぱいで苦しいほど。。。ああ満足(*^_^*)
こんなに揚げ物食べても全然脂っこくないです。
最後は自家製生姜のシャーベットですっきり♪
