この地震の影響で、「食材、大丈夫ですか?」と尋ねた所
「なんとか、やっています!」とのことでした。
美味しいお寿司を食べれる事に感謝します。

実は、ひっそりと料理の写真だけアップしてたりします(^^;
≪今回食べた鮨の写真から≫
【新子】
出始めより身も厚くなってきました。
個人的には、今の時期の新子の方が好みです。
【サンマ】
皮目を軽く炙っています。身はレアな状態です。
軽く炙った方が美味しく感じました。
【車海老茹で上げ】
活きた車海老を茹でて、まだ温かいうちに握ってくれます。
「たつ福」さんでは、よく出してくれるメニューですが、
今回「あら田」さんでも出してもらえました。
海老好きの自分の大好きな鮨の一つです。
【穴子】
普段は、煮つめで供されるのですが、今回は「たつ福」さんの様に
半ツメ・半塩で供されました。
相変わらずふわとろです。
食に関しての経験も知識も浅いド素人の自分が、敢えて言わせて頂くと(^^;
ここは、次は何を握ってくれるんだろうというワクワク感があります。
修行先の「たつ福」さんと比べると素材の面では1枚劣る感じはありますが
(値段を考えると当然ですが・・・)
それをカバーする創意工夫があると思います。

自分が、美味しいお寿司が食べたい時に伺うお店です。
残念ながら、自分の住んでいる横手・湯沢地域では、お気に入りの
お寿司屋さんを見つけ出すことが出来ていません。
なので、ここは月に1回位の頻度で、お昼に伺っています。
いつも5,000円でお任せで握ってもらっています。
今回、写真を撮ったので、レビューを書いてみることにしました。
写真は今回出た一部、穴子・〆鯖炙り・アンキモ・茄子浅浸けです。
その時により違いますが、鯨をニンニク・醤油に浸けて炙った物や
松茸、椎茸を蒸して握ったり、コハダ、鯛・平目の昆布〆など
一手間掛けた寿司が美味しいと思います。
お師匠さんである「たつ福」さんも何回か伺った事があるのですが、
穴子・コハダは、あら田さんの方が自分は好きです。
以前に、3,000円でお任せで握り、つまみ・握りをお願いしたこともありましたし
「予算に応じて、いくらでもやりますよ!」って言ってくれるので
あまりお寿司屋さんに慣れていない人でも安心して行けるお店だと思います。
丁寧な仕事が見れるカウンターがオススメです!
