伊東の商店街の脇にある居酒屋さんに行って来ました。日本酒にこだわりがあるようで、4合瓶しか置いてありません。栓を開けた直後を味わってもらいたいからだそうです。12種類置いてありますが、2種類除いてアル添酒です。純米の雑味よりアル添の切れの良さが好きなのでしょう。気持ちよく分かります。私も下のクラスは同じ値段ならアル添の方が美味しいと思います。銘柄は名酒会の酒が多いです。静岡の酒が飲みたかったので磯自慢の吟醸をチョイス!!やっぱり美味しい!!綺麗なお酒でした。お食事は牡蠣フライと手羽先が美味しかった!!刺身はまだ1月6日なので本調子では無い様な・・・
