豚の皮をガリガリと香ばしく焼く驚きの味です。
牛すじ
どう見てもチャーシューにしか見えませんが食べてみれば牛すじ。

これにXO醬を合わせるところがナイス・・つか真似させてもらいます。
これも悶絶。

10年以上続いてるのも納得ですね。
個人的には水餃子に桜葉を混ぜ込んでいるのに感動しました。
大きな円卓二つにみなさん中国で住んだ経験がある方も多いほどの中華マニアが勢ぞろい。
デザートはリンゴに百合の根。
そしてテリーさんと馬車道の庄やで酒を呑み
シメは一人で吉野家です。
来年も参加させてもらいたいと思います。
