招福楼ご出身のご主人と聞き、早速予約。お昼は5500円でいただけるリーズナブルな設定価格。お店は元さ々木があった場所とか?カウンターのみの席で10人座れば一杯のお店。店内は明るく、店主の人柄を物語るかのようにお弟子さん達も生き生きと働いていらっしゃる。何よりも、店全体の雰囲気がよい!
食事は、期待して行った割りに意外と普通のものばかりで、これといった斬新なものはなく可もなく不可もないといった感じでした。意外な食べ方をしたのが、お造りの鯛をクリームチーズと一緒に頂くという。淡白な鯛が濃厚な味わいに。お出しの味も丸い感じ(笑)ココの何よりのご馳走は店主との会話でしょうか?ただ、一つ残念だったのが、八寸の焼き物・揚げ物以外を作り置きされていたことでしょうか。見えるところに置いてあったのがすごく気になり。。。お弟子さんも沢山いてて手が回らない感じでもないのに手際の悪さを見せ付けられたかな?
