北摂ではナンバー1評価の鮨処。
予約は1か月以上前が必須。というわけで、緊急事態宣言が発令する前に予約していたので
用心しつつ伺いました。宣言期間中は6時からの1巡のみです。
特徴としては、赤酢使用の江戸前。ネタによって山葵も使い分け。
鮨の合間につまみが入り、ショータイムの華やかさもある。
大将の客への気遣いは大したもので、次回の予約を思わず取ってしまう 笑
日本酒など、アルコール類の値段設定はリーズナブルな方だと思う。
