美味しいお寿司が食べたいよね〜なんて話てたら『越中屋さん聞いてみよ』とたまたま少し早めの時間に空いていたので伺わせて頂きました。
電話をした時から大将のお客さんに対する接客、お人柄が素晴らしい(˘͈ᵕ ˘͈♡)ஐ:*
今回は貝好きさんと伺ったので、貝が多めのラインナップ。
◎生とり貝造り 1000円
甘い!甘い!貝の旨味が美味すぎる((φ(>ω<*)
歯ごたえもあり、早速お酒が進みそうな感じでしたが本当に新鮮な貝で久しぶりに美味しい貝のお造りを頂きました。
◎かきぽん酢 650円
以前もこちらの牡蠣を頂きましたが、やっぱり食べて良かった♡北海道産の牡蠣はボテっとしていてそこまでミルキーさは感じ無かったものの、美味しかっし食べ応えがありました。
◎肝の炊いたん
こちらは大将におすすめして貰った一品。3種類のお魚の肝を甘辛く炊き込んだ痛風まっしぐらな一品だね〜なんて大将と笑いながらめちゃくちゃ美味しく頂きました。メニューに無かった一品。
◎サザエと蕪の炊いたん
爪楊枝で引っこ抜いて食べるんだけど、身が大き過ぎてなかなか出てこない…勢い余って飛んで行くのを覚悟で引っこ抜いたら見事に飛んで行きました(笑)
でもそれくらい新鮮で優しい味付けでサザエのお出汁が蕪にしゅんでまた美味しの〜
◎あわびコキール 1200円
今回も頂きました( ̄▽ ̄)ニヤリッ
鮑のグラタン♡殻に入ったクリームソースと鮑達。
幸せ感じる美味さは優しくそれでいて鮑の食感と風味を堪能できます。
「なかなか食べられへんよ〜」と大将が仰ってたのでレアメニューなのかも。
◎ハモ梅肉あて 800円
分厚い身をなした鱧も白身から甘さが伝わります。梅肉で食べる鱧が1番好きなんだけど、炙り鱧をキモでも頂きこれも激うまでした♬.*゚
最後に貝中心でおまかせ5貫を頂きました。貝好き♡とお話したからそのように握って下さるお心遣いも本当に嬉しい!
