大阪生まれ。6月には50歳。
名古屋に住み着いてすでに25年以上。それでも言葉に関西弁がにじむ。
ここらで一発、私らしいレビューを、大阪人らしいレビューを、そう思った。
これしかないやろ・・・【河豚】・・・である。
子供の頃から割によく食べた河豚。大阪人にとってはそんなに敷居が高くない。
冬になればてっちりはよく自宅で食べたものである。
今でも関西では河豚料理をお値打ちに食べさせてくれる店がたくさんあります。
さて、今回選んだお店はちょっと違う。
天然物の寅河豚、それも5㎏以上の超大型の河豚を食べさせてくれるお店。
2月末現在、食べログランキング大阪1位。河豚ランキング全国1位。
2014版ミシュラン関西にて2つ星を獲得しているお店である。
夕凪橋 多古安(たこやす)。
まちがってもたこ焼き屋ではない。河豚の専門店である。
お店は大阪市港区、USJや水族館が近くにあるエリアにあります。
港区といっても東京都港区とは少々違っております(※少々です)
青山や六本木、麻布みたいな瀟洒な街を想像していただいては困るのです。
もうちょっとだけ下町っぽい(※ちょっとだけです)
近年は前述のとおり天保山の海遊館やユニバーサルスタジオジャパンの開園で
街も変わりつつあるように感じます。
そんな街の中、すでに80年を超えて営業しているお店、多古安さん。
お店は少々鄙びた建物でございます。 しかしココの河豚が凄い!
当日はてっちりのコース、白子の塩焼き、河豚のから揚げ、ひれ酒などを注文。
妻殿と二人で堪能してまいりました。
一言でいえば、今までの49年間で食べたことのない河豚であったという事。
レベルが違います。もちろん、お値段も過去にないくらい高額でございました。
しかしながら、その価格に見合うだけの価値もあったと思いますね。
天然寅河豚の実力。それを余すところなく表現しているのが多古安さん。
間違いないと思います。 関西人的に言えば・・・
ここまでの出費をしてんねんから間違いあったら困ります。
毎月に行けるようなお値段ではありませんので、せめて年に1回。
冬から春へ向かうとき、白子が一番うまくなる、甘くなる時に・・・
また伺いたいと思います。
