癖が少なくさらっといけるのだが、レモンを入れるとなお呑みやすい(´ー`)

つくね、ピーマン肉詰め、両方同じタレがかかってます。
このタレが独特!
ココナッツミルクのような風味が強烈でかなりしょっぱい。
これはちょいと苦手です。
肉自体はふわふわで旨いだけに残念(;''∀'')
串のは火入れはどれも絶妙なれど、如何せん塩が一振り多い。
塩辛さばかりが際立ってしまってせっかくの肉の旨さが伝わって来ません。
かなり忙しそうだったので、勢い余ったのか、もともと一振り多いのかは不明です(;´Д`)
ロマネスコの炭焼き、カリフラワーの一種ですね。
見た目は少し貧相だが、味はよい。
コリコリ&ゴロゴロした食感が癖になりそうです。
店の雰囲気は良く、バー使いしている常連さんも居たのでそれもアリでしょうか。
次来る機会があれば生ものに挑戦してみようかな。
