初訪
都島のライブハウスに行ったついでに訪問してみました。
冗談です...週末冬眠から覚めた日曜1600、夕食位は外食するかと此方へTELしてみると、1700-開始なら空席が有るとの事で予約。
電車乗継ぎでは、面倒なのでタクシーで乗付け到着1710、下町風情漂うマンションの1Fに在りました。
店内、L字型カウンター:12席のみ で飾りは生花3つと至ってシンプル。
ご常連様と思われる方の隣りで、仕込みをほぼ正面で拝める好席へ通されました。席間は少々、狭いかも?
着席しましたら、お任せコースがスタート。ご登場したお料理は、前半:肴、後半:鮨 (茶碗蒸しや赤出汁を途中に絡める3部制)の流れ。
写真は、フラッシュ不可、デカイカメラ不可との事でしたので、好席を活かし仕込みを含めて撮りまくりです...

食した所感は、
・明石や淡路の魚介を軸に全国の旬のネタを駆使されてました。
・最初に、鯖棒鮨+貝出汁スープ がご登場する、飲兵衛の胃袋に優しい心遣いには脱帽です...
・鮨飯は、少々、強めの赤酢をベースとしていますが、鮨ネタの風味を際立たせる仕上り。
・後から思うに、鮨飯は赤酢の混ぜ具合を3-5種使い分けているような...次回に確認してみます。という事で、再訪決定です。
・既述の通り「茶碗蒸し」や「赤出汁」で一旦、流れを変えてくるところは、コースにメリハリが付いて好印象で面白いです。
・予約時に、コースのお値段を聞いてませんでした。ポン酒3合頂いたので、内容的に25000円位は軽くイクかと思ってましたら、19600円でした...驚きです。
・退店後に界隈のバー巡りも検討しておりましたが、あまりの腹パン状態により、素直に帰宅...
退店1935、皆様、一斉退店。充実の2.5時間でした。
